I’m David Edelberg, a mechanical engineer (M.Sc., UTN Argentina) based in Israel. My career started with physical systems: mechanical design, electromechanical integration, installations and delivery under real constraints — from access-control systems to wave-energy floaters and mobile high-voltage substations.
Over time I moved closer to software. Today I work on a layout-based B2B proptech SaaS platform for real estate and facilities, where I sit between engineering, product and operations: CAD files, PRDs, UX flows and client implementations.
When a process is slow or painful, I build the tool that fixes it. Using AI-assisted development, I’ve shipped 20+ browser-based tools — editors, converters and diagnostics — that the team uses every day.
